Using this site

You need to be 18 or older to place an order. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, and not to copy, scrape or resell our content.

Products

Everything we sell is made in India from leather.

Full-grain leather is a natural material. Grain, colour and surface marks vary from piece to piece, and the leather changes with use. Photographs show representative pieces. Yours will differ slightly. This is the material, not a fault.

Saffiano leather is embossed and sealed. It holds its finish rather than developing a patina.

Dimensions and card capacities listed on product pages are accurate within normal manufacturing tolerance.

Availability

We produce in limited batches. When a piece sells out we may or may not make it again. A product being listed is not a guarantee that it stays available.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Prices can change without notice, but never for an order already placed.

We take prepaid payment only. There is no cash on delivery. Payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, which we confirm by email.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot verify the delivery address. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Shipping

We ship within India only. Shipping is free across India. Orders are processed within 2 business days and usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days by tracked courier. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Our brand and content

The ELVIDEN name, the ELV monogram, the wordmark, our product designs, photography and site copy belong to us. You may not use them without written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell being as described. Beyond that, and so far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
