What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and billing address.

When you join our email list: your name and email address.

When you contact us: whatever you choose to write to us.

Automatically when you browse: your IP address, device and browser type, and how you move through the site. This comes from cookies and similar technology.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider. Your card number does not reach us.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.

To send you email updates, but only if you asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

To answer your questions when you write to us.

To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles your information

Running a store means a few services touch your data. Each one only gets what it needs:

- Shopify hosts our store and processes orders.
- Our payment provider handles the transaction. They receive your payment details directly, we do not.
- Blue Dart receives your name, address and phone number so your parcel can be delivered.
- Klaviyo manages our email list, if you have subscribed.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep your cart working, to keep you signed in, and to understand how the site is used.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, the cart in particular, will not work properly if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently 8 years under Indian law.

If you unsubscribe from our emails, we remove you from the list promptly.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it
- stop sending you marketing email

Where your information goes

Some of the services above store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we use providers who commit to protecting it.

Children

This store is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

We use services that encrypt data in transit and we limit who can access it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information to us by email.
