SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship across India. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays and national holidays are processed the next working day.

Processing and delivery may take longer during a new batch release or a festive period. We will say so on the site when it applies.

Once shipped, delivery takes 5 to 7 business days by tracked courier.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, we email your tracking details to the address on the order. Once a parcel has left us, monitoring its delivery is the customer's responsibility, though we are always here to help if something looks wrong.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free across India. The cost is included in the price. There are no surprises at checkout and no charges on delivery.

PAYMENT

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.

ADDRESS AND ORDER CHANGES

Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully before paying. We cannot change the shipping address or the delivery method once an order is placed.

We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.

FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERY

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address or phone number is incorrect, or because no one is available across the courier's delivery attempts, it is returned to us. In that case the return shipping cost is borne by the customer and deducted from any refund.

If a parcel is refused or left unclaimed and comes back to us, we treat it as a return and the same deduction applies.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

If your order arrives damaged, or the box looks opened or tampered with, take a photo before opening it. If you received the wrong item or a damaged one, email Hello@elvidenmaison.com within 48 hours of delivery with the photo. We will make it right at no cost to you.

RETURNS

If something is not right, write to us at Hello@elvidenmaison.com within 7 days of delivery and we will guide you through the return. Please contact us first. We do not accept returns sent back without prior contact.

To be accepted, the item must be unused, in original condition, with its packaging and care card. Once we receive and inspect it, we process your refund to the original payment method.

Return shipping is arranged by us and the cost is deducted from your refund. Because every order is prepaid, refunds go back to the original payment method only.

A NOTE ON BATCHES

We make limited batches of each. If a piece sells out, a return cannot always be exchanged for the same one. Where we cannot exchange, we refund.
